Using Transition Assessments to Assess ALL Students

You can work with your General Education teacher for assistance in assessing all students in the areas of career, education, and independent living. You can explain how these assessments benefit students with a disability but can also promote all students in the pursuit to attend college, vocational school, or going to work.  All students profit from the knowledge of available career choices, or if they are ready for college, or needed work skills.  Here are some free and online assessments that the General Education teacher can choose from and get all students to complete and then share the results with you and the students.
