We will reach out to Arkansas Rehabilitation Services and Career & Technical Education to help include agency representatives for enhanced collaboration which could bring your team to four members.

There will be a registration fee of $50 per person.
Checks should be made payable to Arch Ford Education Service Coop and mailed to 1401 W. Capitol Ave. Suite 425 Little Rock, AR 72201.
PAYMENT WILL BE DUE UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION. (Map of UAPTC will also be included.)
