Registration must be received by October 1, 2024. Please complete the Exhibitor Registration Form below. After you submit your registration, you will receive an invoice/confirmation email.

There is a registration fee of $150 that includes one 6' table, two folding chairs, and lunch for one person for both days. If there will be a second agency representative, lunch will be an additional $30 per day.

Set up will be held at the Hot Springs Convention Center lobby on October 15 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

To make reservations you may contact the hotel directly at (501) 624.9200 or go to the Embassy Suites reservations link to reserve a room online. Please use the group code "91F" so that you will receive the conference rate of $111.00/night. Reservations must be made by October 1, 2024.
