Arkansas Transition Services

This training session empowers educators, administrators, and others invested in looking to improve effective strategies that enhance postsecondary outcomes for students. Participants will explore how self-advocacy, comprehensive practices, executive functioning skills, and family engagement intersect with individualized planning to support successful transitions to future education, employment, and independent living. By aligning strategies with standards, this session provides tools to empower students to develop skills that support improved outcomes.
